Prior to our work, this single family home had been left uninhabited for several years and required extensive work.

In the interior we began by gutting the residence to the stud and then updated the electrical system and plumbing to accommodate a walk-in whirlpool tub. In addition, we remodeled the kitchen and bathroom as well as installed new windows, doors, hardwood floors and recess lighting. Lastly, we finished the basement so the owner has more storage and livable space.

For the exterior we replaced the roofing, siding and rear deck, rebuilt the front stairs and installed a new asphalt driveway.
