Carlos Santiago Jr., Construction Superintendent
Carlos Santiago Jr. is a seasoned Construction Superintendent at Erise, where he manages residential and commercial projects from inception to completion. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Carlos’s career began in 2000 as a student at Youth Build Boston, graduating in 2002. He spent over a decade as a carpenter at Cruz Construction before joining Erise Builders in 2019, where he now leads teams with precision and dedication.
Carlos’s expertise spans blueprint reading, safety compliance, problem-solving, and project management. As an OSHA 30-certified professional, he is committed to maintaining high standards in safety and efficiency while fostering a collaborative team environment. His leadership philosophy emphasizes growth, accountability, and building trust-based relationships with clients, turning every project into a long-lasting partnership.
Carlos believes that as the team grows stronger together, they achieve success not just by completing projects on time and within budget but by creating a family-like culture that prioritizes client satisfaction and teamwork.

Aaron S. Hobson, Site Supervisor
Aaron S. Hobson is a dedicated Site Supervisor with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career as a carpenter, Aaron honed his technical expertise in structural framing, custom carpentry, and advanced building techniques, which laid the groundwork for his transition into leadership. Now, he oversees residential and commercial construction projects, including renovations, new builds, and custom designs. Aaron is committed to ensuring that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
With certifications in OSHA safety standards, first aid, and advanced carpentry training, Aaron brings a unique combination of hands-on expertise and effective communication to his role. His leadership and problem-solving skills enable him to streamline workflows and deliver outstanding results. Motivated by the opportunity to create lasting, tangible structures, Aaron finds fulfillment in seeing projects come to life and knowing his work positively impacts people’s lives. One of his proudest accomplishments was leading the construction of a custom residential home, where he managed every stage from framing to finishing, exceeding client expectations and completing the project ahead of schedule.

Ben Santos, Project Manager
Ben Santos serves as a Project Manager and Estimator at Erise, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, including ground-up residential builds, mixed-use developments, and commercial fit-outs. With two years of experience in project management and estimating, Ben has honed his skills in quantity takeoffs using REVU Bluebeam and OST Takeoff, as well as leadership and communication, all of which are crucial to delivering successful projects.
Ben’s passion for construction is rooted in his upbringing in a hardworking family of roofers and carpenters. Early exposure to hands-on work, such as landscaping, instilled a strong work ethic and a love for learning new skills daily. His five years of experience as a real estate agent also contributed to his ability to handle high-pressure situations, think critically, and manage projects with clarity and precision.
As an OSHA 30-certified professional, Ben is highly motivated to streamline processes, foster company growth, and ensure outstanding results. He values the culture of hard work and growth at Erise Builders, finding motivation in delivering results and creating a supportive work environment where both projects and team members can thrive.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys strengthening his faith, playing soccer, boxing, and spending quality time with his family. A testament to his determination, Ben strives to excel in every endeavor he undertakes, with the ultimate goal of being the best in his field.

Nidhin Joseph, Project Manager
Nidhin Joseph is a Project Manager at Erise Builders, specializing in managing commercial construction projects. He ensures that each project is delivered on time and meets the quality expectations of clients. Although new to the construction industry, with six months of experience, Nidhin’s journey began as an intern at Erise Builders, where he learned everything from reading blueprints to independently managing projects. His diverse background in finance, IT, and consultation has equipped him with unique skills, such as effective client communication and a deep understanding of technical aspects, which he seamlessly integrates into his role.
Nidhin holds a Master’s degree in Project Management with a specialization in Construction Management, which has strengthened his expertise in project leadership and problem-solving. A quick learner with strong Excel knowledge, Nidhin thrives on the opportunity to grow and upskill every day.
Beyond work, Nidhin enjoys playing soccer and bike riding, which allow him to unwind and stay active. A fun fact about him is that he has successfully transitioned across four career fields—finance, IT, sales, and now construction—showcasing his adaptability and resilience. His favorite project to date is the Boston Flower Shop, his first commercial endeavor, which marked a significant milestone in his career. Looking ahead, Nidhin aims to take Erise Builders to new heights, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry while continuing to grow alongside the company.

Meera Benny, Project Manager
Meera Benny is a dedicated Project Manager with a diverse background in construction and interior fit-outs. Inspired by her father’s involvement in the construction industry, she pursued a degree in Civil Engineering and has since built a dynamic career. Meera began with large-scale infrastructure projects, gaining expertise in structural engineering and project execution through her work on elevated metro lines. Transitioning into interior fit-outs, she mastered the art of delivering high-quality results under tight timelines for commercial and hospitality spaces. Currently at Erise, Meera applies her versatile skill set to a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and renovation works.
Her professional journey has seen her grow from a Site Engineer to a Project Manager, honing skills in team leadership, technical planning, and compliance management. Certified in tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD, she combines technical precision with creative problem-solving. Meera’s passion for construction stems from its transformative impact on communities, whether it’s building infrastructure, creating homes, or designing innovative spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and cooking, channeling her creativity into every aspect of her life. Guided by her mantra, “Respect the process—great legacies are built, not born,” Meera remains committed to driving excellence and innovation in her field.
